Shae Luchetta is a seasoned business lawyer and the principal of Luchetta Law, PC, proudly serving the Central Coast for over 30 years. With a deep commitment to her clients, Shae specializes in civil litigation involving business and contract disputes, encompassing areas including real estate transactions, construction conflicts, easement disputes, landlord/tenant issues, HOA disputes, and title insurance claims.

Shae’s expertise extends beyond litigation; she is also adept at negotiating contracts and drafting essential documents related to real estate, construction projects, and business transactions. Her unwavering dedication to providing high-quality legal services has earned her a reputation as a trusted advocate for her clients in business negotiations and in courtrooms across the state.

Shae holds a B.A. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo (1990), and a J.D. from the University of San Diego (1994). She began her legal career at Burke, Smith, Helenius & Hayes in San Luis Obispo and spent nearly two decades collaborating with Roy Ogden at Ogden & Fricks, LLP.
